- Tasked with anything custom needed for Personal Lines: Customized MS Project Coding, Custom JavaScript and Code Repository Management
- As part of a war room team, I analyzed, diagnosed, and solved a middleware outage that had taken out the entire $2 billion Personal Lines Underwriting System; I custom-developed a solution to resolve the issue, writing, testing, and deploying it in a 24hr period to revive the entire PL middleware system
- Level III Support Engineer contracted on GE’s Web Support team, supporting Jack Welch’s company-wide “everything on the web” initiative
- Level III analysts worked on the toughest technical problems and challenges on this team
- This team required expert working knowledge of every aspect of a web technology stack as well as client endpoints — so essentially the gamut: Windows, Unix, Linux, MacOS, networking, network file systems, storage systems, web & application servers, proxies, caching systems, access management — name it, we did it
- B2B Content and Image Delivery Management between Janssen Pharma and Exhibitgroup/Giltspur (now GES) to allow for tradeshow booth design collaboration

- Developed and deployed a complex, online (through retail website) beauty application system for registered users that saved beauty application preferences within a calendaring system that each user built from widgets
